Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.elyseerestaurant.com website (the “Service”) operated by The Elysée (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

1) PRIVACY POLICY

a) We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, on a need to know basis only, use any information submitted by individual customers for reservation purposes or to send electronic correspondence on news, gifts, events and offers only, according to the form completed.

2) ENQUIRY FORM

a) You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly onto the Enquiry Form. You represent and warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. If there are any changes to your details once the Enquiry Form is submitted then it is your responsibility to inform The Elysée immediately.
b) Where a person makes an enquiry or booking on behalf of another party, that person accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all parties for whom he or she makes a booking and is personally liable and responsible for all payments due from such parties in respect of such bookings.

3) RESERVATIONS

a) GENERAL INFORMATION

i) All enquiries are subject to availability.
ii) We can only guarantee tables which have been reserved in advance and for which we have received the corresponding deposit amount, if required.
iii) All and any deposits paid to confirm a reservation are deducted from the party’s final bill, according to the number of attendees on the night.
iv) Please adhere to the confirmed booking time. Tables will be held up to a maximum of twenty (15) minutes from the agreed time. At this point, we reserve the right to release your table to other customers.
v) Dietary requirements and/or allergies must be notified in advance or at the time that the order is taken. Individuals with severe allergies/dietary requirements are strongly recommended to submit their orders in advance.
vi) Courses pre-selection may be required based on the nature of event and party size.
vii) Menus may be subject to variations. viii) All bills must be settled on the night or in advance – we accept all major credit cards up to the appropriate and agreed limit.

b) STANDARD RESERVATIONS

i) Parties up to four (4) guests are classified as Standard Reservations.
ii) The À la Carte is available for parties up to four (4) guests maximum.
iii) À la Carte diners must select a minimum of two (2) courses (a starters and a main course, or a main and dessert), Thursday to Saturday.
iv) A £20.00 per person deposit is required to confirm Standard Reservations.

c) GROUP RESERVATIONS

i) Parties of five (5) or more guests are classified as Group Reservations.
ii) All-male groups will not be permitted entry and will lose their deposits.
iii) The Elysée 2-Course and 3-Course Set Meze Menus are applicable to Group Reservations. One menu must be chosen for the entire group.
iv) Buffet Menu available for a minimum of fifteen (15) guests.
v) Canapé List is available for a minimum of thirty (30) guests. A minimum order of 30 canapé pieces per selection is applicable.
vi) Canapé and buffet pre-selections required at least one (1) week prior to the event.
vii) A £20.00 per person deposit is required to confirm Group Reservations.

d) ALTERATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

i) Increase in numbers must be requested in advance. Any additional guests joining dining parties may only do so on request and upon confirmation from The Elysée Reservations Team.
ii) A 72-hour Cancellation Policy is applicable to Standard Reservations. Reduction in numbers or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event date or the appropriate deposit per person will be forfeited.
iii) The Elysée’s Cancellation Policy may vary for Group Reservations. Please consult with a member from the Reservations Team on +44(0)20 7636 4804 or info@elyseerestaurant.com

e) FESTIVE PERIOD

i) A £30.00 per person deposit is required at the time of booking for December 2023.
ii) A non-refundable £50.00 per person deposit is required at the time of booking for New Year’s Eve 2023.
iii) The Elysée operates a two (2) calendar month Cancellation Policy during the festive period. Any reduction in numbers after this point will result in a forfeiture of those deposits.

4) PRICING

a) The price of all food and drinks displayed on The Elysée website is inclusive of VAT.
b) A 13.5% discretionary Service Charge will be added to all bills.

5) DINING IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT

a) A £10.00 per person live music cover charge will be added to the bill when dining in the Main Restaurant on the ground floor.
b) A £20.00 per person live music cover charge is applicable in the Main Restaurant after 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and/or for guests not dining with us.
c) A minimum of £50.00 per person is applicable on Fridays and Saturdays in the Main Restaurant after 10:00pm. The aforementioned minimum spend excludes the £10.00 per person music cover charge.
d) Due to restrictions on table configurations, The Elysée cannot guarantee specific tables when booking in the Main Restaurant. The Reservations Team will take note of your request, subject to availability and bookings received for the night in question.
e) All bookings made on Friday and Saturday evenings have a four (4) hour limit on the table.
f) The Elysée occasionally features promoted Greek DJ club nights on Fridays and Saturdays on the first floor, starting at 11:00pm. An entrance fee is applicable. Please contact The Elysée Reservations Team for more information.

6) DRUGS POLICY

a) We operate a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs at the premises.
b) Any person found in possession of illegal drugs, witnesses offering illegal drugs or asking others for illegal drugs, will be ejected (or refused entry) and permanently banned from future entry to the premises.
